What year did you start working here? I’ve been working at Ferrellgas since 2022. My journey here has been incredible and I’m excited to see where it leads!
What city are you based in? Las Vegas, New Mexico
How would you describe your experience as a customer service professional at Ferrellgas? As a customer service professional, my experience has been absolutely amazing! I love the positive work environment and the opportunities to learn and grow.
What is your favorite thing about working with our customers? My favorite thing about working with our customers is being able to provide them with excellent service and to know they’re satisfied with the result. It’s fulfilling to know that I’ve made a positive impact on their experience!

How would you describe your experience as a customer service professional at Blue Rhino? My experience has been challenging but definitely rewarding. It has taught me that by listening to customers' concerns, I can find the best solution to solve any issues they are having.
What is your favorite thing about working with our customers? I love interacting with our customers and hearing them express how much they appreciate me for providing prompt assistance.

What year did you start working here? Ferrellgas bought my parents’ company 9 years ago and I got to stay employed here. It has been a wonderful experience.
What city are you based in? St. Louis, Missouri
How would you describe your experience as a customer service professional at Ferrellgas? I love being on the phones because each customer is unique so we can constantly grow and adapt to meet their propane needs. It's a wonderful feeling helping a customer or signing them up for one of our incredible programs such as budget billing.
What is your favorite thing about working with our customers? My favorite part of being a customer service specialist is helping and educating the customers to all of the amazing benefits of being a Ferrellgas customer.

What year did you start working here? I started working here in 2018.
What city are you based in? Kenova, West Virginia
How would you describe your experience as a customer service professional at Blue Rhino? My experience has been great. I have retained so much knowledge of regulatory requirements up and down the East Coast. With that knowledge I am able to help out customers in other states with permit questions they may have.
What is your favorite thing about working with our customers? I love helping all my customers and resolving any and all issues they may have. I love building relationships with all my customers. I love explaining the permit requirements and regulatory requirements.

What year did you start working here? I’ve been in the propane business since 1994. I went to work for Ferrellgas in 2004. I was a Bulk & Cylinder Driver, Service Technician, and Plant Supervisor until 2019, when I moved into my current position.
What city are you based in? Memphis, Tennessee
How would you describe your experience as a customer service professional at Ferrellgas? My experience as a Customer Service Professional with Ferrellgas has been very positive and rewarding. At Ferrellgas, we treat each other like family. Our company is continually improving the customer experience with the latest and newest technologies. While it can be challenging to change and grow in knowledge with new technology, our management team and fellow employees have each other’s backs so we can be the best we can be at serving our customers.
What is your favorite thing about working with our customers? My favorite thing about working with our customers is helping them with their propane needs, concerns, and providing solutions when any problems occur. For a customer at the end of our conversation to tell me how much they appreciate what I did for them is very uplifting and satisfying. I’m thankful that I’m in a job that allows me to connect with our customers in a one-on-one way and provide a personal touch. It means a lot to both them and me.

What year did you start working here? I started working for Blue Rhino on an independent distributor team in November of 2001. I’m coming up on 22 years representing Blue Rhino.
What city are you based in? Logansport, Indiana
How would you describe your experience as a customer service professional at Blue Rhino? I enjoy working in customer service because I like helping people and solving problems. I like listening to our customers’ needs and finding the best solution for them. I enjoy making them happy and satisfied with their solution.
What is your favorite thing about working with our customers? My favorite thing about working with our customers is hearing the satisfaction in their voice once a problem has been solved.

What city are you based in? Brownsville, Texas
How would you describe your experience as a customer service professional at Ferrellgas? My position has allowed me to diversify my skills and has afforded me the opportunity to tackle new challenges daily. Being an Army Veteran has also allowed me to use my skills where I can continue to challenge myself and my peers to do the best we can!
What is your favorite thing about working with our customers? The ability to assist our customers with their everyday needs, share with them the benefits we offer, and the overall appreciation and loyalty they have toward us.
