The Easiest Ways to Pay Your Bill
Pay With Automatic Payments
If you are credit approved, you qualify for automatic payments. Sign up for AutoPay to have your bill amount automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card. To enroll, please sign into your MyFerrellgas.com customer account and select the AutoPay option on your Pay Bill page.

Pay Your Bill Online
You can pay your bill online by bank account or credit card by using our easy-to-use online customer account, MyFerrellgas. Payments made through MyFerrellgas will be processed with no fee and payment will be posted within 24 hours.

Pay your bill over the phone using a bank account or credit by calling 888-337-7355 to speak with a Customer Service Professional. Or follow the directions on the remit coupon on the bottom of your statement to pay by U.S. mail. Please allow three to seven days for mailed payments to be received and posted to your account.

30-day Payment
Once credit-approved, you qualify for 30-day payment terms. This allows you to pay your bill up to 30 days after receiving a delivery. With 30-day payment terms, you are also eligible to spread your payments over twelve months with our Budget Billing program and you are eligible for our automatic payments. Pay in Advance
When you are on pay in advance payment terms, you pay for propane service prior to delivery. This can be done through your MyFerrellgas customer account or by phone call with a Customer Service Professional.
Budget Billing
