| Description: | ? Provide local customer service by setting up new customer accounts, assisting walk-in customers, and handling customer complaints
? Enter updates and maintain customer orders and information in PeopleSoft system
? Assist in various dispatch-related activities supporting the Service Center Management
? Assist in delivery and service process by addressing and correcting skipped orders, inaccurate directions, and tank obstructions
? Support customer growth by providing information to our customers and prospects on available programs and program enhancements |
| Requirement: | ? 2-5 years customer service with experience supporting customers over the phone
? Basic math acumen
? General PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Routing/distribution software - preferred |
